Coaching Packages

What is the purpose of a discovery call?
Discovery call is a 30 minutes complimentary call that serves the following purposes:
  • Helps clients to become clear about what they want to achieve through coaching and if the timing is right for them;
  • It supports both of us to decide if we are a good fit for a coaching partnership;
  • Clarify the coaching process;
  • Answer any questions the clients might have;
  • Help clients decide if they want to commit to coaching with me.
How is Discovery call different from regular coaching sessions?

The primary purpose of a discovery call is to help you to decide whether coaching with me is the right choice for you at this point in time.

The primary purpose of a coaching session is to make progress on their overarching goal by promoting awareness, connecting with their true desires, overcoming external and internal barriers and forwarding optimal action.
What happens in a coaching session?
Each session starts with a coach partnering with the client to establish a meaningful outcome that helps them make progress towards their overarching goal.
I use iPEC’s Core Energy coaching process, which helps people tap into their inner purpose and connect with their goals to create sustainable results. It is based on the belief that true, positive change starts from within by connecting with their core thoughts and emotions. The core energy process challenges people to take time to focus on what they really want and helps them to break through what is holding them back from creating success, as they define it.
How much does a session cost?

What is the difference between coaching, therapy or consulting?
Therapy often dives into deep-seated emotional issues to work on personal healing or trauma. Therapists help clients fix problems, overcome issues, and sometimes manage mental illness.
Consultants position themselves as experts, they have agenda and some possible answers for clients. On the other hand, Coaches have no agenda except to help clients with what they want. Coaches accept that clients are experts in their lives and have all answers to any situation they may face.
Coaching is defined as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coaching focuses on performance improvement, learning and development in some areas of life. It is intended for well-functioning individuals.
What is core energy coaching?

The Core Energy Coaching process aims to increase one’s Energetic Profile (The overall amount and quality of energy that a person exudes) and Energetic Presentation (one’s energetic response to a situation.)to maximise the potential for success. The Core Energy Coaching process does this by helping clients to clarify and set their goals, understand their motivation for their goals, make more conscious decisions while removing any internal blocks, focus and organise around well-defined plans, and set up measurements for progress and accountability.

One of the most defining aspects of Core Energy Coaching, and one that separates it from every other helping modality, is that the process not only helps engage a client to create the most engagement to reach a stated goal or task, the process also and simultaneously, clients ability to choose their response. This translates into a shift in their overall consciousness, thereby creating a state where being engaged and successful becomes
more and more the norm. Thus, one part of the process works on what a client is “doing,” and the other, on who they are “being.”

The Core Energy process is iPEC’s intellectual property, and I use this process with my clients in my capacity as iPEC certified coach.
