Spring Breakfast

One of the aspects I love about the weather getting warmer is the adjustment I make in food preparation. From the warm porridges of winter, is time for fresh and often uncooked breakfasts. This is one is so easy that is silly not to do it or at least have a try. Sometimes all it takes to reset your eating habits is to start your day well with a delicious and nutritive breakfast.


3 tbs. chia seeds

1 tbs of grounded flax seeds

3 tbs. of granola

1 glass of oats milk

Strawberries & Blueberries

Fresh mint


Soak the chia seeds the night before with the glass of oats milk. In the next day you just have to add on top the granola, the berries, the flax powder and garnish with fresh mint. You can serve it in layers or just mix it all together. Simple, healthy and you won´t be hungry for the whole morning!
